Sign up online and start borrowing from our digital library straight away.
Complete the below form and we’ll email you a membership number.
We’ll give you a library card and extend access to borrowing when you next visit a library in Hull.
Join at your local library
Pop into any of our 11 local libraries with your proof of ID and ask a member of staff.
If you are over 18 years of age, you will need to take proof of ID such as a Driving Licence or recent utility bill when you visit the library to collect your new membership card.
Children
If you are aged 15 and under you do not need to bring a parent with you to join. You do not need to have proof of identity and we will not ask for a signature from a parent or carer.
You will be asked for -
- your name
- home address
- name of a parent or carer
- telephone number (if known)
- your date of birth
Once you have joined you will be given your card immediately and be able to begin borrowing items.
